ukbbcanR_hes: Get hospital episode and death registry data

ukbbcanR_hes.Rd

This function takes main UK Biobank hesin data and gives the most recent hospital visit date.

Usage

ukbbcanR_hes(
  hesin_file = "",
  hesdiag_file = "",
  death_file = "",
  hes_icd10 = ""
)

Arguments

input

Path to the UK Biobank hesin data file

Value

A data.frame contains eid and date of most recent hospital visit.
